Human Resources Director

The Leaders Rheum is seeking a dynamic HR Director to join our leadership team. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy for our medical practice. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources, particularly within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and relations initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement performance management systems that support employee development and organizational objectives.
  • Run payroll
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop training programs.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • SHRM or PHR certification
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.
